( `8 W$ ?3 P2 H: K2 ?: J•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
% x& n5 M) s$ q& G( c9 o3 N& |5 A, U•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
; x% S. n7 |, M' n* p8 T) U5 O•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
5 y6 \" G; J6 C/ f•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
5 ~9 \3 C' G/ ]% q•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
! e" @3 d8 }& \0 L* t* [5 @/ U; [' Q•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
