$ U2 A, n$ c& ]•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
+ g7 T$ d  i& W/ d  Q1 {" R2 }" y•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
/ U- _' @* K' T. z•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
" q9 h4 E7 x) L# `4 |, ^•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
* Q" D% _6 Z9 {& w% D4 _•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
) ^0 `* K5 T9 m# m0 \, p% x•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
; E, \9 S$ Q& a•        Must be able to communicate effectively
0 W& v, e) w% L•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
7 m0 k. L4 Q0 R, K2 U: l+ b8 j•        Strong interpersonal skills
1 p7 F6 n- \/ |: \2 ^4 i, g$ Y) x( x* ~•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
