Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

Job Description
% y; d7 @0 n: |( n# N-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
+ r0 e3 {5 u5 F+ S& _9 u# j$ N-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker3 |% l2 U5 H$ q. h
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
- G+ J/ z7 L( z-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
5 F* B8 _; \. }* o$ o) R-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

Qualifications:
$ T+ h. h/ d; l# b-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience% o( g- V8 p. @8 Y3 }. A; P
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
1 N* C3 t9 {' v3 m. `. T* j8 ^+ J! |-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
4 q! n$ {* c% \$ P+ ~, p7 E# R8 q-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one5 o$ k2 S! ^4 ]$ f. Q' O0 X
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check% k$ _. ?7 F% Z" ?: j2 ^# ]
