Job Duties / Responsibilities2 m7 P0 f' \# L; }1 f# z
• Familiarize with the assigned process units
' f( y& o$ ^' N2 f' P• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
' q0 u. Z6 X! O2 `3 W7 J! P; k• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
$ ~2 q9 |9 L( x$ Z; F• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
/ W" _. [4 N6 T3 f4 z• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation; u% D' N' c* {# L! ?, l
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.; G% I3 s& }/ z% s2 e( d
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers# m4 f8 }6 e$ D3 q
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
