Job Duties / Responsibilities
6 q G* L% J a" h/ V. M$ e0 q• Familiarize with the assigned process units# z6 f2 z4 g2 u: U' n5 j+ n9 D* r% P
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. - q5 T2 J: `) j* `+ P7 \4 Q
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.6 X) }7 l% w: M8 W9 A
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
; k7 u7 S9 g% z) Y; F6 j( C# R• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
) Q, c% i/ k( U6 q8 S• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.' L+ A; |3 n8 `; ^" }
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers ~* O. H+ ]% U {+ ?8 k
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
