Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
6 K- g' `4 M! Ument as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
) Z4 d: m  K6 u) Q5 EThe duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
& s* T* C0 M* ?# A+ Y. lŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
) O  e4 [9 W6 W# K6 P- ?Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
3 D- o3 u, J9 z/ ~: z/ \; v; HŸ Other duties as required.

3 _+ w1 B  f# f. @4 i( aŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
0 i- Y, E5 v' U& P" A8 Ueducation and experience;
, \4 E; P* N8 X  I/ F+ F9 C3 Z' ]Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
6 J/ _  Y! e" S7 B% ZŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
: v; A" G4 v* ]9 T/ R/ V8 _Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
/ F* c3 ~: q  i( @4 v) Everbal and written.
) ]* L% C! l. H5 kLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
4 J/ g( y) T+ `, B: q$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
. e) b* o7 e9 Q0 A, gIn accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
