Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills 7 E4 y6 J' v7 x+ k; Z' U
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories ) B, u, ]$ K* Y' M: h
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
