Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
9 i* ^) h3 k* J5 J4 nPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
# v8 H5 d& ?" m2 jAdult education background
# q: H1 X2 D6 lExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
, k9 t% s& m1 i8 _! ]% J2 c3 pAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
4 e5 f; W& s  p' cExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
' K  u/ |4 S. G' K& k$ x7 NExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
( A( _6 Y5 Y9 O8 X4 JStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
# q& v! C2 H+ i7 [) F) `Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
