. L" R) z$ S. JOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
% b/ q1 R- I# M9 I* N9 ~Excellent communication and negotiation skills
0 G6 F2 ^% B' V9 AExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
# R5 B5 t; \5 g* l# A! GCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
