7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
2 T# B9 W9 m! o You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
( r2 f' o- d* y6 u; B' |2 n on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are+ {$ X5 s; l* N. e% }! k1 b

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
& v% ]4 H7 {, J2 G. H9 i. N national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
- n; d, H8 L, q1 ^& w arrival at the park.
+ K3 J ], p8 }& x7 s: z1 Z5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of, `/ q) R2 x7 z5 F% n& b- r$ T
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
2 x& v. k5 o" d5 k# ^2 X! k( s% | a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same, y0 D5 e4 q& m$ }8 J3 ]8 K
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.

a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of0 k" d3 t: |; ? o& R

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
, H; D2 c; l+ R confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
# O# e4 H1 j/ W& N* V& _# z; n least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received. P9 b0 {7 e! d& i
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.1 |1 r+ B N2 ?2 V4 f$ Q% e

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed! j: S4 |+ E; t

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
( V' j; h/ h' a1 m' P; @5 a - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ P# J; o4 o. c/ w& W6 I you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
( A1 e! o, n: g% k0 p) A" O' g9 s reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
4 d: r$ S b% t6 M$ B! H, B9 x [ you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
8 c$ m0 u% u# E8 ~ j& h! ^ - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before7 G6 I1 W9 S) M- \# y
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
+ V5 s- W, r; t9 ?* Z5 F of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original& }( `, ?* @! ?+ ? d$ f0 Y$ \5 W
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a& ~4 K% Y. H {) T4 E6 t
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to' n; Y7 r8 y$ [1 ~0 V
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
2 M7 S( ?4 E* j; R' e guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
5 D% ^0 R8 ?' L# l, o+ C0 E( a is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the4 |) G9 y; K# h# F) O
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
" g8 F9 l' q X8 c+ C change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
* [' W- o' J6 p8 p14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
6 d* w( k3 z) I6 g' e' A% b9 X earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
8 L( e4 w; _2 r6 [* \- [1 n prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
1 s2 U4 y- L: v will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please" x3 g" N, u6 G
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
2 g W+ m! f3 K% \5 e the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
: J$ J, ~5 h$ c- K1 K call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).1 K a. h& r4 {+ @3 ]
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
0 O5 m( @' y- I7 q( K7 S If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
6 k% L& {5 n* @) `9 \" b expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two/ u' G- m' \4 J! U1 _# i. X+ j/ f8 Z
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
3 F: m c$ \% l! D$ h# g0 R! W policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 6 H, X+ S* i8 u6 v6 ?5 f
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of& X3 j0 L( b7 K! ^1 n
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
0 W7 \9 ^7 z, }) @1 E% Z6 _% t
( |# {# H) {# z2 ?- v# t When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
% N! K, w. }1 p( f4 ^+ I5 ^ will be made available to other campers.& C! \* i. ]- v( L# N

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
8 C2 F4 E$ X3 {- y7 A" w& N- E9 t* S paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,6 D! C; N4 p3 N. f$ {
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days( h% I" S) d: v
