1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service 7 K$ a: O& R+ M: [
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
0 |: d# F' t6 Q. h 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
& ?' r# U: O, h* [* e You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight$ t$ ]& |- t- F( H7 }* z/ G+ f% G
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. ) ^, h: O8 d5 ~9 {9 z' u$ b/ ?
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your) }/ R! ^( r( _
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park/ f1 w6 [* j% ]( J! Z
time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

, x% e' g* \- ?; S5 }% t0 x4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
2 H% }( g2 e$ x4 e the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
( t) l+ X2 H/ x; O: n a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same3 Y5 l9 ~* X3 l
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.+ l% K; Q" J; C9 f
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on. j9 J5 B; x* ?. t, D# y' e& u
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of( k0 A! b, u- v6 D5 v8 ` c
campsite; and the service type.
- F) S/ t. H! Z2 p8 C7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously, E4 U6 L) p8 @; n7 Z
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
l4 ^3 X$ r/ E+ ^ will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
8 g4 \ `: Y- Y- n you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your* E" ?: e. E% @% Z) `
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
" n7 Y, {, Y' A Z% j w% f2 { you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
2 P0 S& U% v1 j% p' { - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before/ {7 N( t7 g: a, p
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
2 M2 X5 D& |+ J+ t% B) h! i of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to9 R9 P: S5 W9 U# _1 }/ p
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be8 ]" p0 h( A* k" x8 N* U" A; [1 c
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change* x2 s" f8 Z' s0 h k$ B9 _" y
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
/ D8 S$ Z( X2 z9 G1 |! x% Z services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
/ A" }) s# W9 X$ L* E change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
3 Z3 c, @' x, ]$ F- o) m14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving( S% \" Y8 k! z* R6 X; S Y
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
9 Y1 D! B1 k8 f prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
" x5 C3 h% |# ?, i& S9 s2 q will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please; c# x# B1 f; j) o
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.) J' P! M6 L7 s% E

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the0 \- _/ x o4 S* n
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
( e$ S2 a- r# U) s7 C on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
/ e S% Q8 x5 ?" e$ v the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,6 Q( ~! o6 [" m9 @9 ?3 z
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
' J) n0 l0 D5 C5 N5 R$ @) p16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:' ^6 D- M) i q' U
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your2 Z+ x- f0 r) T
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two6 s8 _7 m: ?' g3 w9 n3 j# I! o# v
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
