& i& ^$ O; G& W, aJob Purpose
Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
6 I$ \7 G. c, |  z2 t& X4 Ncustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
9 ]; D7 H% W1 c. Y  K0 d- LCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
1 }! @- p1 V, }3 z+ P) I• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
1 l2 b8 |# d( ^" f6 T• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
. [& p; |) O0 C! T+ e( |Store Responsibilities
8 a  K# d+ J- b; N. _9 `4 G• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
7 s& Y# T& {$ r5 T5 e4 [• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
9 T# e3 l6 K1 C  L9 H• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
* F( x9 u+ g7 U7 @- c• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
6 ~# {% H5 X4 I8 l' D, O9 ^! b. Z• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
* d& K! s, V" R! U/ p• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
9 b5 g7 X8 Q7 x0 t6 j• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
7 X( k8 I: Z0 J: F; wchanges in strategies
Working Conditions
; T  j( W! C! [) i" n. V• Fast paced environment
• Demanding workload
Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds

) @6 l4 _, T0 ?$ ]$ E• Comfortable climbing ladders
