' A+ w; m' u+ e- x' k8 ?Reporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
: H0 `9 ~' U" h* Z: v+ l9 q        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
9 q  l4 F- ?( O) d        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
  e# t; w; o9 m/ S6 J: _/ C7 f        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
4 W  {, q5 C4 J# |•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects

•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
