設計有點過時，窗子都太小太高，天花太低，感覺十分壓迫性.

我认为很好了for a House Built at 1974. Forest Height是Millwood中的好区.

Forest Height is part of Capino Area. One of the best living area in Edmonton.

先说优点：周围环境不错
缺点：价格较高
不确定的方面：周围学校的情况，房子是否有问题（因为房龄较高），邻居是否友好（因为是duplex)。

Capinalo的环境没的说，比Southwest不知道要强多少倍，该房子近诃，周围要好几个大的Park，还有很好的学校。1975年的房子，政府估价25.5左右。整个大环境开畅，安静，另外的一半也同时在卖。如果有两个人同时出手，很不错的选择。
