& c; h- d+ }6 w5 tperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
  v% p4 s) m% o; P7 F8 ](a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
- ?) p# `; d# J8 l( c. jSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
8 I/ o6 f& J# |' S$ v8 Q30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
" p2 y" W* `; d! `lease required.
