" ^9 z; p2 l  y7 r/ `% P* dperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
( D0 A0 l5 P; M7 q) m% e(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
+ k4 _* ~* B5 G- J4 t7 VSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
" E: h, |! |7 z; J/ X) P$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
. Q! u. l; Q9 F9 Wcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
