% x- d! T2 p0 Operson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
" U5 }7 S5 Z! s$ TSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
7 D  a( p1 J  d1 F- X" F+ Zbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
6 _6 \7 M/ W$ _; b0 x/ g4 T) v% I0 ycheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
