解决办法有两个：

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to# d( _% _0 _# X/ K) V% T% A
Tools -> Internet Options

Click the the "Lan Settings" button/ g4 J4 B, S/ x1 B ^, \7 D
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"6 F) P7 n, c/ x( w: ^
Click Ok
