Position Summary:
. n, ` w) A( e# ~1 nThe IT Small Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day technical support for SYSCO Edmonton. Responsibilities will include equipment management and support, basic network support and troubleshooting.

§ Provide small systems technical support; troubleshoot problems and either resolve them independently or coordinate third party involvement in resolution

1 i0 ^5 K4 ^3 f) i$ B" D§ Become familiar with in-house software applications (AS/400, EXE/warehouse management system, SOS, VRFS, Impromptu, Lotus Notes & others) with goal of becoming in-house expert

§ University or College degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years of related work experience

§ Proven knowledge of Dell, IBM, Xerox and Lexmark hardware

Position Summary:

This person will work closely with the SYSCO Canada Corporate IT group (located in Calgary and Toronto).

§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to3 I& t* W/ e+ w. ?4 B$ U

§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access

§ Develop and track IT budget as well as IT capital spending plan
