Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

1 s7 d! I& Q; a2 ^( HI printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
( q  x* {( V( `& T+ cOne local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
+ C/ N6 w4 `# r. kAnother said:” maybe means shutdown.”
My foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
