0 M7 A% m- L( v4 C( p4 }% | After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 0 o% x' q# l. Q) }: G4 u8 f
It is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.- f' S9 k/ H$ f/ u% J0 n
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.( ]; v a2 L+ _) C1 ] [' b
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
$ c2 O/ {5 \/ ~. }. O3 GConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

% ]& u4 }- I( e- R. q, m" pThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
3 T3 Z1 A0 X' I- C E# Y7 H& YThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.7 v* b1 j+ ~7 m+ L V
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
