After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
: q2 u1 ^0 v' I, BSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

9 b3 @2 _3 l/ w! sWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
: T* P5 _, w6 Z0 J" ?; TUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.* n. q% u# c( t9 b
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

# [ Y) Z: |) H5 _+ p- AThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look. D$ C2 c7 I f. [
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
