After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 8 A. b: P+ b. Q' m

The problem should be inside the bucket.( D4 l9 h" | u) |& d. @7 I

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
0 P @1 {7 {. p- }5 R. c/ {; ?2 Z- dUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.3 o& t% X8 p" d$ [
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

. O8 G7 I# o V4 Z. ]" C5 w) AThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.) W; O9 v7 V/ z2 |' q
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
