• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 O0 a, ]" |9 e- p) T7 Q• Identification and replication of software defects ) _: u9 d) H1 d0 S/ B+ R
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
