Position Responsibilities:
5 [# o) i- Z) T7 `: P% |8 o• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
7 M! T! J3 g* S2 O• Identification and replication of software defects ; s6 I4 p( v4 N2 _' y, k. c
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
9 R8 ^0 d- O/ i• Managing customer expectations ) _" [. }7 K( P
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations

• System training

Experience and Education
