! t! `. r+ ]9 g# ?4 H" T•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 C" g" U$ M$ ~9 E! {2 M( c# m2 b•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
' ?0 V$ \8 Q* _* a" l•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
2 |. w& v" s* P* n& G! o) H•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
, y, e8 _6 U$ O- H9 ^; b•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
