Position Responsibilities:% f \$ f$ u/ {
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control# V* \# d. M7 J n
• Identification and replication of software defects
/ a7 H. Y {6 b% i6 Q• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
: g) P# _) h2 F) l• Managing customer expectations & }1 N6 N. F# |; J- T, S7 ~
• Documentation of technical procedures $ K7 B9 u" _' K
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ' E% l% X; z; L

• Site services worldwide
