Position Responsibilities:
- W9 E9 A0 L/ K4 p6 T& u, |6 {• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
+ j* `8 K S* {4 o# D• Identification and replication of software defects
8 a; }7 F' M: R! o4 g" `: ^; q• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures 8 s5 y1 I+ H/ h) f$ z( Z. ^
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

• Technical degree or diploma
