• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients Z6 Y: n/ Z1 E7 z2 N
• Managing customer expectations
$ }, A* Q3 E: S D• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations , q0 z' C6 V$ B: h! \4 Z
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
