% U4 y2 ?! R' I•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
% A& H6 a$ G+ b•        Identification and replication of software defects  6 Y) H% \4 j3 m( V/ n" |( J; I; w
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients    Z6 Y: n/ Z1 E7 z2 N
•        Managing customer expectations
$ }, A* Q3 E: S  D•        Documentation of technical procedures
2 A' ^$ h' W! X8 y2 ^1 F•        Trouble shooting client network issues 8 l6 `, c2 M* E7 x
•        Optimizing system configurations  , q0 z' C6 V$ B: h! \4 Z
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Skills and Knowledge Required
* P% Q# u$ K- K7 s- n. w•        Customer service skills
% v& |% m0 t2 v3 p% v•        Technical writing skills
2 q7 [1 `# v, C•        C++ development skills ! {$ P, k1 G' s, A4 F% E
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.6 G' E1 e1 Z1 g/ S6 \
•        Network trouble shooting skills
$ \. l  e, _( i( s/ o# h•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
) N; f6 d) ^  v& l. f' g•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments - x  B( x0 L* v
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) 3 Q: E. F) R+ z' I
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
