•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! N3 k3 m. P2 B# V: E. `! C1 V•        Identification and replication of software defects  
- R( g' [) q" t% S0 E1 P7 c7 n•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  - j* r" u4 @. l
•        Managing customer expectations
8 H+ z% L: ?2 W- t( d/ _7 @•        Documentation of technical procedures , @: u! p- `( W9 w  b% x
•        Trouble shooting client network issues 8 D& \9 Y- g6 j; q% E: i+ V  F6 C
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Customer service skills

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
