•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control  I& N) o& Z0 V; J- k! Y
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
/ w6 M) J' C. y8 \6 L•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
1 D; q! H( U* g* X•        Managing customer expectations
0 g1 C6 [8 P; r•        Documentation of technical procedures
8 e+ J/ f' ^) F9 q5 o  |6 C7 K•        Trouble shooting client network issues ' A/ Y6 P* u2 I& T! n7 J
•        Optimizing system configurations  ) o) U- e" O2 s& Z" B* c# I
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; ]9 i7 t  Q9 Z  M
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system . V5 u  g/ f$ }, n% R9 \% ^
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. : E& _8 r2 I# F3 P6 N2 x

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin1 |- n  _% D1 ~" h/ n
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills / s" v. {5 M4 Q8 ~5 h" T
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.$ [5 Z+ d& ~1 F& A: |( `) \& k( ]
•        Network trouble shooting skills 0 ?* P  z+ d2 W8 b
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills ( ]) H( t' b, o0 O! k
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 6 ^2 b+ R( `; y: P
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) . ]/ G; y2 O: [9 t* o% L% s: Y, T
•        Ability to work independently 7 _# a8 l1 M) q

Experience and Education/ [8 M9 a# H0 M- t$ T! D
•        Technical degree or diploma + z9 N9 v/ n& L& ]4 P: k' l, _
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
