1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
& ~$ J0 [; A) ]( @* m: n# Z2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.

( y* Q( i, K) E, f9 Z4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

6 m$ J' s" u7 c& N h8 `1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled: N' s4 L& b" V
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 2 v1 [ X7 \5 J0 J8 u; A& |
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me) d6 e, D9 R# e: O8 I4 g M# o" y
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
% K$ b5 D8 [1 ?: I8 ^5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋. J( v5 {' k+ ^" F: z" D
