The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

' I5 Q# E- _- ?. n; v7 \/ w· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.4 ^* X# U+ @- I5 `! j

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.
