Yes. The ABS on my car triggered a couple times before I got snow tires, even before the most recent snow storm. After I got snow tires, it didn't happen again. No side way drifts either. ! H7 l# o' J7 t4 b

Although you can surely drive above that limit but 70km/h is beyond me.
