院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享% w2 G$ n% h; ^8 Z- v

+ D, `/ S2 }7 v9 R3 cups saskatoons 750 ml $ ~, R: v- `' l' ^
1 cup water 250 ml - J* \1 m* C9 I5 a6 s% V$ w
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 3 w- a' t+ O# i: Q5 H
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
% {$ K" v. U2 H5 P( R$ S5 p( W! jjuice of 1 lemon* 1 0 N# H5 R. d0 g

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
