院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享$ m6 W% q9 H' M( _; H

% z$ Y z' X% F5 F4 A3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
1 ^* c. _) _6 l! F0 B9 f0 O1 cup water 250 ml
* K1 w# S; E ^% T2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1 1 S D5 A* I5 r# L3 Z/ W

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
