院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE ' u9 h$ U5 g) a4 Q6 T/ r: u

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
/ y% w6 N5 B q- k; g1 cup water 250 ml
- i7 H8 f+ S' F1 ^: C2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
% P L, O {+ Q; G7 t1/2 cup sugar 125 ml / t! Z# ]9 a7 I2 n/ I. j
juice of 1 lemon* 1

) ?$ Z+ y) K/ b* g. JPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
