院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享$ g, ]4 n8 e$ ^

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE - o# n" i/ ?1 h

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
& W$ c. k/ g% U( W8 d k( N1 h* Y x1 cup water 250 ml & o2 u- e) v8 Z& J5 _$ D0 N6 H: b
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
$ S' @* s+ g6 B" r4 _1/2 cup sugar 125 ml + X" L8 z$ u( }9 M$ b
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
