Due to the unexpected national shortage of the H1N1 vaccine, Alberta Health Services and Alberta Health and Wellness will target immunization to Albertans at high risk.

/ e- A3 M8 _% d' Q% p, x; ^7 _7 a* M * Both parents, or one parent and one caregiver of infants under six months of age;
% j- q, [0 U; B% Q; n0 q" B3 W * Children under 10 as of November 1 with chronic health conditions (e.g. diabetes);
0 K# e4 m* @# ^& [9 t+ A' c4 a * Children over six months and under five years as of November 1; and" s) \; t, K4 K9 H7 j) x( y

On November 12 and ongoing, new groups being added include:

* People with chronic conditions aged 55 to 64 as of November 1;/ S' m" I, H0 }& F
* People with chronic conditions aged 10–17 as of November 1. (Combined with the group added November 6, this group ranges from 5 to 17).
