• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 9 _( Z" G. A3 {) l/ T6 d
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.# D5 R: O1 g" D% M; p% Y. m, m
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 6 G7 X& P% @5 Z9 ]' L) v
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
^. ]0 ?/ B) ^% }" L; o• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
+ L! ~0 R, x D9 G# b, A* `• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; * V( S( W1 e& N: X4 e+ J
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).- {& K) O6 u3 h6 P9 S

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; ( D7 } B; m' l6 y5 k& V% |
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; / x+ `: \3 `; a7 a& M2 S
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
