C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
# k: `2 v- l: ]% {•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
, A" n# i9 L0 P•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
& a* P4 `2 X# \. d6 @•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
  O! L1 c& S" b& m2 j1 E+ @•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
* v4 a( w$ E" O! ?% T, k+ y+ O•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
0 X! ^4 n) W0 O•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
$ M- j3 F: j5 B( y- `6 j: {•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
. A' }( E3 U6 p: e4 w( O" n•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
& g0 _8 h- O1 F. i2 p! n: \) }Mandatory Requirements:
( S7 F8 z5 ~6 I! u% w6 }•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
: f6 a0 _: Q4 j6 S1 ^, j•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
6 y4 i, f6 ]/ O3 l3 j•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
( T* T7 ]; w/ O. Z, V) Q•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
; r# B8 c( R; n; n( P: c! ?) L9 @•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
0 D) O' t8 L- L+ U* z" B' q% ?! YDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
  \& A" A, @- {) b( s) z- X/ s•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
