C# Systems Analyst

" R- N) G1 P: z$ nC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
- [* F* ?7 P  E. ^, E5 T/ z•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
! r# }3 ^0 A( h•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
6 ^9 G- ~% _4 E4 ]5 m$ T•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
3 N- V, i3 z" h. M6 D( L: y•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
! x! E* N7 {; f' W; o•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
2 G+ ^! Z2 l  o8 v6 R  G•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
