& ?+ F* m; K6 H/ }1 R: ZC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
5 A; ^2 J% J1 [* jDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
, B$ `- q6 G0 [# z1 A8 d4 b•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
5 \+ R) c* z: o+ {: d2 d! f, w•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
) A+ `! t: C& b. w* X* j! |•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
, Y( h, W# z# Z4 k- z•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
* X: l8 r) g/ P9 I2 l•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
: \, L0 Q/ Z" O4 [+ X& G$ B, J- ]* s1 C•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
( B8 U. P0 e+ @& z; N: FMandatory Requirements:
, \* R) k2 m; V" |" K+ a& q$ ~•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
& [. F7 @% t1 J- c) B, N$ \•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
6 S! ~6 W+ T, A& ~7 J/ n; F•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
: q; Q. R9 S- s& C5 x•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
: M) w0 |6 ^0 U' V7 f8 t$ R% a•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
