C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
4 l7 K* D2 Y3 w6 YDuties:
+ _9 M5 P8 z; J7 j, O& ~. q•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
) x& d. O$ I  |: X•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
. [7 h3 Z0 i8 n: ?9 W$ X! J; w7 ?•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
* @* ~1 }1 V- \9 t•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
% _/ j, s; y) y! F•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
$ x$ N: O6 E$ |  M/ T•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
3 a  J8 b* b5 z% r$ OMandatory Requirements:
9 \7 Y' A3 C8 e8 H•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
  V0 N2 i8 w8 j: b•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
# [7 ~' r0 v7 J8 [3 b. J•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
- T& q- a4 |) @& U" {8 \5 k+ K•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
- R1 Y* }9 p5 @9 A( E+ p$ r! ~•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
% }9 M4 h" h# G7 e& n) h•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
5 ^  x1 L( R4 ?+ Q; S•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
2 U1 x! p, u2 F5 a•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
