C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

3 b* d% E' e  G4 A. W+ `8 v6 ~•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
* m1 z2 A' R2 F9 y•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
% A4 b) |3 W8 M2 J' P& |0 c•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
$ `4 m# T# w/ e1 ~, d, {•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
2 v9 [! h7 Q; b, |4 E- i•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
) V3 K; d) Q$ A2 e+ t8 Y: ?! j•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
$ s5 ^, h5 P: G6 N5 H•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
: p3 n. Q% @4 X6 f1 l/ m3 p& w3 I•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
  c5 X9 I* A8 v& y9 Y•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
9 S  t: Z" m9 P* o. ]•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
* X- x; q9 r( j/ Z+ w" d# RDesirable Requirements:
0 m  X6 {5 G# _6 m- R$ V3 V•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
* k) L/ J1 i4 Q+ T( a•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
