• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.% K. B4 p+ v: H
• SAP match reporting and monthly management

+ _" N, n, C6 v( n# c& h• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
' I/ R' i! `9 s8 y0 c T+ \$ N• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
% |# W+ F/ K, f; O* K• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
, K+ c8 g Q. y# D5 x• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater8 K7 w" n$ |1 \7 S& j) |2 g4 d
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
