Job Duties / Responsibilities

• SAP match reporting and monthly management5 {" v8 U' b3 n
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.: M8 ?5 ]! F& q; U
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.3 m) L) q3 R8 f s8 D8 Z A
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements./ }. A8 ]2 D, _: R+ ]/ G/ d& U6 |
• Order business cards as required.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.* P- v$ d" t9 b$ W
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience
2 @4 D$ f: Z1 k7 N2 Z7 |' z6 y+ R• Grade 12 or equivalent
$ T0 ?$ n0 M6 ^' t• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)# x' R0 ~+ D# n. Y5 d h
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience8 M6 |% G& w# q
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
" n9 G t9 w* p, T& Y" f• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
