Job Duties / Responsibilities
) Y& j7 |1 i& j2 {) M5 e" }3 O• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
3 o0 H& d: \9 ~& g( W0 u• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
* p* z7 }$ P" a5 U0 A• SAP match reporting and monthly management
4 A; @# c1 H" h- ~7 `• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.5 ~. b0 c% n) K$ k: Q1 P
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
. T- f- m1 P" z; b# ^6 O• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
) \9 [, I! \( L1 ~: @; u' x• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
* ]6 p9 R9 d3 }• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)2 V# j$ j2 u$ g! C- c) V) ]
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
. r" l5 ?0 A9 h2 w/ o" M• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
) F+ M2 C; P# b) P# t% f7 M* R• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Grade 12 or equivalent# @2 Q$ T5 E& t* O/ r; J
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)# [! o" |& V5 F* u' z g
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
3 @1 G. r& u# L5 e- U• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
- H; L& W7 ^: e {( k6 y4 }• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 2 ?! W2 o* B3 Q7 z
