0 j0 s+ m: D' ?( D1 ~; @• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.( n" s6 _" Y0 `7 r
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.  s/ Q! ?. _) K- o' R8 Y; i, a  k0 l
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
) i) k7 I0 T2 a, f• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
1 T: K; a  X' ^' ]' E• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
1 t" K, u9 [5 b2 y: v' y• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.0 m1 _- Q* l0 C, v9 c
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.! d8 q, \& \8 q! |: t7 I
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.6 Z. L4 l1 W/ L
• Order business cards as required.' @0 w9 v% p( h0 L& @
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
! O% ^9 @* u8 o5 x. Q- k3 w• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
( R2 I" _! L1 O' u7 c* }  r% h• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
, ]8 x* m# O; M% I5 m7 ~& |• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
5 X% I) Z$ b/ ~" S2 x% _• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training  S6 D0 ~: V5 p5 z/ b1 o

0 y: s6 A8 j# m; zEducation / Experience
0 b* G/ Z' G" R0 t/ ^• Grade 12 or equivalent" {5 ^. @/ t- s/ I
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
% x; @9 P, R$ d; n" Y• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
# C% \2 y" l9 @0 ?+ x• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater' Z4 r1 n4 ~: T5 R+ Y' K; X3 L
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 3 r5 k5 k, b, y
• Attention to detail is required. $ @0 D6 u' Z+ n. p! V: J; R7 G  Z; e
• High level of customer service skills is a must.
4 Q2 ~# e4 q: d% l8 \& M• Good planning and co-ordination skills.

• Prior work experience with SAP is an asset.
