4 J0 w" Z" D2 O) t0 f$ v• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
- v3 @* r, L$ N• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
/ J8 D/ L( {1 j( o• SAP match reporting and monthly management/ B. q& v; y) D a: Y5 R s
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.4 O% |6 a' X& w( K9 @9 M6 g1 T
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
) P' ^' f: Z" n0 h- O* Z• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.: B+ U7 d# G; c" e+ j
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)6 F( _! i( Q" N% X
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.3 d8 r5 f2 W" t$ v2 Z
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training/ x8 `. x' V3 Y1 b3 U

Education / Experience
! H3 P9 p4 H( A• Grade 12 or equivalent
: n) V" G1 B! l/ Q7 u• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
8 J6 D' G( x5 H2 ]• 3-5 years of related administrative experience' @& Z* y" U& I; p. Q
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
2 A7 m. l9 P8 i' _& _) i• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
