西南区有哪些建新single house的builder?

最近一直想买西南好学区的旧房，但发现基本是漫天要价，有的就是垃圾房(bad location, corner lot, poor condition，etc.). 随着新移民的增加，人们的消费观念也会改变。花同样的钱买一个60年代的房子感觉实在是得不偿失。改主意了，决定买新房。
请问各位，西南区有哪些建新single house的builder?showhome都在哪里？

different subdivisions are of different house size category; know what you are looking for; for examples, terwillegar south and terwillegar town are more entry-level-orientated.

我来说说，以下都是新区，明年都会有新的小学和中学建成并运行，所以是不是好学校，因为都还没开始运行，所以实在说不好。
! E3 G: u7 X% p; I西南：Sandalwood基本上都快卖完了， terwillegar south and terwillegar town 小房子太多，实在觉得不是很看好， ambleside没看出什么特色， windermere North大房子很多，环境还可以，个人比较看好，但价格有些高。
2 R  V2 P/ t$ F, b3 A+ d  Y) ?西边：parkland, Levis 绿地面积最大，绿化环境最好，看起来比南与西南漂亮。
南边：rutherford 交通比较方便。
: I: a8 l/ K4 S. e东南：summerside绿化环境跟西边一样，看起来比较漂亮，那个大水塘很有特色。

如果你要买50W以上的，那就到upper windermere 或 margerat.

upper windermere 或 margerat 估计50W危险, 要有55W往上走的准备.
5 ]4 \) i7 G0 h; `' \4 r6 b南面的 seven oaks 也不错， 不过起价也是55W.  (说的是signal house).

西面的Parkland, Levis, copper wood 都很不错。 绿化很好， Parkland 号称是绿化用地是最高的在所有新区里。levis 是建在Golf course 里的。 copper wood 据说有个15 acre 的林子.

4 L" f7 B) W9 l5 J2 Hsummerside 有个缺点， edmonton 机场的跑道向到那个方向。 飞机起降会有影响。

terwillegar south and terwillegar town 的密度太大， 但生活可能方便些， 毕竟中国人多喜欢那个区。

完全正确,margerat一定要55w以上的,而且新区的房子,新,装修好, 外观也比老区强,而且开车时间到whitemud的时间都一样(因为限速不一样).

Parkland 和 copper wood 的确不错， 有几个pond 和一大片树林。 学校有K-9 和一个 high school. 还有个recreation center 将建。 缺点是没有LRT.

) q  W" ~$ }$ j9 Iterwillegar south and terwillegar town 大小的房子都有，主要看你想要多大的，价格便宜的，贵的都有，所以你应先说你想要什么。不同地方，不同房型，不同大小，不同装修，差别还是很大的。感觉那边的townhouse和duplex比较多，一般1100-1200，30万左右，小的single house车库在后的，也多1500尺左右，35万至40W左右。以上价格不准，只是个大概。如果是车库在前的一般就要贵几万了。1800尺左右一般就到40W左右了，指的是在一定的upgrade的基础上。

如果想买旧房，还是上mls或comfree上查吧，或找个realtor。terwillegar south and terwillegar town一般都是新房，townhouse有26多W的，但七七八八加下来也会差不多30W. 如果买公寓楼我就不知了，帮顶。
