Job Duties / Responsibilities
5 x# Z) K9 q$ A2 YThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
7 H2 L) d6 }7 m: g. k• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
0 l0 v+ r+ v3 S  k; d• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
* d; a% k' P& t8 N$ [• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
0 G6 b: p/ E/ ~$ y/ B6 i  O• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
2 G0 l- W. H2 V• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
& b5 B9 \: e/ t! e• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
  ?; O8 D+ X3 X; Q& G& m6 P! ?  @" V• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
* W! }" m- e& l$ g" J• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
$ C5 X3 K" _+ I% X) n' Y• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
