We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

% `! s# U/ f* o; H0 YEducational requirement:  
4 m+ y2 F- ?% a1 c7 F% }        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
0 M' e* {. ~( g        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
+ Y; k% X; p* r        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
