We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
6 C' x0 K; ^: L% }9 G$ H, d        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
8 ~; |$ H" K4 t$ B" @* Q3 U$ T        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( r6 o7 a7 l2 O& M# C2 X: W        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
, Y5 L2 w' R; o, T        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
