We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
9 K. g1 N% X7 v  @        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
; _- K7 F! z8 ]2 N        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
) Q4 @+ u+ Q3 u4 y) o4 d! x        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
