Educational requirement:  
% R2 D  f5 [* {5 r. n  u+ C        University Degree, or
; _0 {. L/ M! |% U( w4 V5 l8 @+ O        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

  c* R0 Q  O: ]+ d3 Z- tOther requirements:
& C8 U! X3 z& G5 B0 T        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
( D/ U3 C4 V% X$ v6 K% Q) \% m2 {: C        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
! X1 D3 O: A: |+ Q; H: C        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
