" w! R2 I/ w0 U) V4 j4 y! _We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

  v; h% ^! e; rEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
( z% ]) F* A0 d( P- [        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
" \; T* Y/ g* {- b        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
+ L' c6 a7 ^$ f: A        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
