请问申请PNP，Pre-assessment是已经开始审核了么？
下一个步骤是什么呢？

PN File Number is the file number that used in Alberta PNP office

0 n; a6 j' ^- m5 uWhen you submit your application to CIC, you will get another file number which should begin with "B"
