菊花在这里室外能过冬吗？

记得国内的菊花到了第二年会再开花，多年生的，这里这么冷，能在室外过冬吗？

我知道月季、百合在这里都没有问题。

It is the biggest or the 2nd biggest family in the plant kingdom, so it all depends, some members(species/hybrids) can survive our harsh winter while others cannot.
