• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an1 J' R2 ]- g* _

• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right* l( L) r& R' K2 C P

• Preserves materials.

• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
9 o) f, f; y5 C; x5 R: p) U• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. + M3 i' ?" |4 p) ]( m
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.* z8 M7 ?: L/ w8 }0 o! N% c" T0 e
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
" k: P( M$ j7 J# t+ L+ H, e8 g• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. : Z# p9 B2 z5 }' q Z! l
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
# t! L$ S4 A2 L# g; a• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
' g0 Z! C' W D' g' A• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
( m9 C& ?7 ^0 a; U }• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
# W9 j) q# d. h. Z* v7 U, J( ]• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP., d% ^' i/ ]1 |; i
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for+ j) _6 `" o/ y7 ~) K
resolution.& S; s9 O) l9 |& j# ^
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.) ~2 H* s& H: P1 V2 J; F! k
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.# N3 |- R# p' Q" W4 B
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.: z8 i U8 P1 S1 }# B
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.' s$ F( B( ~; i( [9 v3 p. C
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.: ^: L5 s' T# ^; H- s* t+ c
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner $ b. N) f# D9 n: \8 K. c2 N
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). + t: l9 S% H) h+ l. o* F
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 6 O; y( u4 `+ n1 L5 j7 e
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
; b5 q$ _. R0 t6 K$ t• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.' W2 J8 t$ }' Z, B, `
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience
$ s8 N& i4 F6 N+ a/ B7 I: D4 `• Grade 12 / GED.
6 X6 b8 h2 v6 H2 M• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
3 {1 x4 X( I2 [/ j. {* H8 G7 ~• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 9 j: a# x- B2 G3 z' O
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. + f' s. a2 A9 s0 n
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
* I: x9 ?* E& U+ @5 _• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.$ v% _! U( [, t1 L( N6 }( R% H7 D
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
