• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
* M7 B4 z3 V9 Q• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. * o% s$ H7 }$ n3 f7 {' ?# O
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
9 T' m, q0 G, {. u% q. `5 l% f• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
" {0 _) n8 r' A* P2 Q2 F4 o6 o" ~• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. : Q+ l- X& { o/ _ t' L
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.' T! D/ b9 R* h& D
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
; ^% ^6 `- ~; Y) H! h• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. ; I7 a: v! I; B$ e1 X* I$ o
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
3 ?3 S8 A+ c; L$ i• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user. i/ a( X3 i+ r" v. v
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
0 [. f6 Z9 q- x$ m6 R• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
7 O+ d; V+ o( ?2 S* T+ v• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
7 a7 I k: T( y1 X7 g• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
$ W$ F% }; i% ~* k• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
A, c+ n) J& n8 s• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.) Z& W. k" ]% P9 X5 X) ~
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.# R) V5 p4 p( F5 k4 O
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. + a0 ^0 _* y- ?# m& F4 `% h
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
6 m k& ^' T* e3 f$ ~4 H* z. A• Grade 12 / GED.
+ n4 W, ]& z6 N• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ; d& ~* R% U0 A$ Q9 Z
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
! I8 Y1 b0 U. Z X/ h4 j$ s• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 4 s1 i" }, I) P3 l% X
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
3 k8 o- P6 h+ C* F _' M3 h• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.7 O, W! F; _4 M% Y5 W# h3 g
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
