Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

  \! H0 O) E" r• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
  m6 u* ^3 `: K6 Y+ L+ r  J5 }distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
9 G, Z0 R5 M! W• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

' P" g% u$ q% x4 }, G+ L$ M• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
8 J. K! E; N7 H1 f• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
% N0 X9 C, n: d5 ~$ e• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
' Z- t4 g% g, ?  ?: x• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
4 e' @/ L' d- _) q8 j" l$ q$ Z% z: ~• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
6 x/ j, k; q6 V, j7 m5 z2 M• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
3 p& q8 }2 E0 ~% fresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
% x( W& L, s7 u& l• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
- h/ ?- Z' j2 e# u( U• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
4 h, k9 X/ r; X& D0 X. \* o  e9 A7 ]! X• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
# w. ^0 u0 M$ e2 P% D• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
& Y$ `1 I9 ^/ e, i4 N" D1 V• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
. `4 n; T5 E& U4 a8 r• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
' l6 b9 b. L# ]4 I9 |. q  G• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
9 b9 ^+ l) X: @# k• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.


Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
6 K. y  \( \& M' R4 z• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
. I5 V# M8 G4 k# x) s- X; p• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
" p6 J$ j8 q/ X: Y( }7 C4 L• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
