• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
9 n! L& ^" F: |+ P3 f& z& g, t• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
, _% w( o- b0 ]/ Q$ k" d; B, @. [• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
/ _' d7 v% n( D: m• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
9 |- m6 n  D6 O$ ~• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
4 a, m5 G+ j8 \) S• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
: @; r- k( \! |5 @+ ]! }* K  I3 U# j• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
$ b) I& L& e! F• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
5 W" X( }7 c5 b! l" o2 W: G9 v• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
1 w$ z" ?5 R8 `& D, g- D• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
' j" k  m: Y2 T$ Y: n  X• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
$ x5 G% P' F) @6 {) w3 X1 n" q4 E3 M• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
* f7 Y, @- n& a' y9 U• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
3 E( u5 J% j& O; e9 R( q+ L• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
3 z* i% k( \# k" \! Z. W5 T: v• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
: ?1 l' q  T& {• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
* `% N% z2 u" Q( W5 n• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
1 M9 h6 j& W) }( c+ d% t' P* J2 o• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
! t+ I5 F( B3 z) l$ I+ |" Y7 u. J• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
0 E0 K- V$ o& C* s+ ]0 d/ ~: h• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
