1 P$ E; S' i. b7 ?2 tWe are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.

$ p7 ]& d" h+ p9 I8 U& v/ O0 L. c  u# rJob Duties / Responsibilities
. v! S% t. [6 J! B7 u• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
4 i$ Y7 Q' a5 ?( q, b: S• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
0 x& r. V' p# }  z8 {0 ]5 }; `• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
% |! J' Z. z9 I• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
1 @% ]' N, @. O7 Z, t; [• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
" C, D0 T) ]8 l6 R• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
6 b. o8 v! A7 h, C% @# c• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
$ n  t- J, ~3 F0 b# ^  v• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;
$ [; C4 ]. k3 G  h. g• Assist with Contractor management and supervision as required.

• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

$ D1 k3 d* Y# K: _4 R  m$ O# w我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
