We are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
( q- }% d$ V6 T6 y  s* b• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
# l( |; }% J. ?) D) _• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
; ]! C7 d& l; f: }• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;

• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
  P+ e+ Y: v: a+ F5 Z8 r: D• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;

Education / Experience
2 d/ s: t4 C0 L# f• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
, c1 w+ _* Q4 i; z* I/ v• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
8 s& n2 B6 I- O7 R% S- e; W• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
8 w# Z1 @8 M' A8 W/ D• Good PC knowledge.

我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
