' d- S3 q2 Y% x, ]! S/ iIntegrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential4 i6 p* o7 z# A9 o* G: X% H
skills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded
2 G ?* G |5 X6 k) Zprogram combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work8 o8 T! Y2 R) @4 `
experience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as# ^+ p" O1 \9 ^
warehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food# N! I& z/ ]$ h# Z( E. i# ^1 }
services and others.

citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:
+ `. k7 J1 J' y& }" b ?* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB
0 j1 }0 G/ }7 s+ L8 C7 J* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-
% H1 W: {2 g% X4 x2 \* Y% Qsecondary education
6 M0 A: s N5 N! Z4 Y* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand
