DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling/placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. Individualized one-on-one and group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work.

The ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.% U$ W1 b- r# }( z/ ^2 r
