• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 9 `, }$ d) c/ u" g3 a/ O
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration
! w6 l+ n& J$ O5 v- ~ s• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures& v9 o( {$ T, A' c2 ^* \- j
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.: e% `/ r7 S' `- F+ z
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
