Keep it short, attractive and interesting reading in a polite manner. 9 S1 a% W) a# u& }8 M4 v1 q/ W" n* q4 C9 D8 }' B3 \& _& d5 x1 D
Generally, the potential emplyer (or the human resources manager) has only 15-30 seconds to read it.
