Activity Planning and Daily Activity/ j; Q8 I! d* n2 x/ _' W
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.
% A) K- B$ O+ B" y M" r6 f• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
$ p. n. C8 S+ n% P& r. ?# r• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball,
3 d ?; G: \% ?+ s o• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.
: \+ `( Y7 x0 C5 h3 H8 b, a• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
" K4 u: |, K' h. [& Q! }! ~• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.' N( f. t$ _3 W1 G

• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
& S+ @9 ?7 M) p: J v• Experience with children
3 z% L: E1 [; z2 {5 u• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth ! _2 |1 K) Y( ^
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.
4 ?3 \: o4 q# x" Y/ Q" P* S• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.( _/ a- `, _4 e5 \+ r% y( A+ t
• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources% r5 |* c# S) b6 A7 L: Z: z
• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check , \! S8 V) Y* P* i
• Documentation of a clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check ; `$ X& l1 V- @6 e# ~3 Y$ W; x5 | P. f
