期限更新一下，只要application在6月份做了，funding date在10月1日之前的贷款都可以，延长了一个月。贷款种类包括包括new purchase、refinancing和renewals。

, H+ l0 m  S* ?加拿大皇家銀行(Royal Bank of Canada)，滿地可銀行(Bank of Montreal)，多倫多道明銀行(Toronto-Dominion Bank)，豐業銀行(Bank of Nova Scotia)及加拿大帝國商業銀行(Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce)已將5年固定利息按揭調高0.2厘加至5.45厘。

皇家銀行及滿地可銀行的新息口已於周二生效，而多倫多道明銀行，豐業銀行及加拿大帝國商業銀行的新利息將於周三實施。

+ M! H2 m1 L. Q  b/ ?/ T不過，皇家銀行，滿地可銀行及豐業銀行會為5年封閉式按揭提供4.15厘的特惠。這些可以不用通知而更改的利息亦已調高0.2厘。
