We're seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic & reliable team player who, working under the direction of the Board of Directors, will oversee community programming & assist with the operation of the community centre.# }8 Q( C# s) |; U- m- }
- }+ U; K* K2 E
Responsibilities: oversee programming; facility requirements, advertising, registration and instructor contracts; assist with rentals: advertising, bookings, contracts, inspections and customer service; assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan related to facility operation; direct staff and volunteers in regards to programs & facility operation.

PLUS: write reports/recommend policy around facility operation to the board; develop resources & resource material in the area of community programming & facility operation; plan/implement leisure needs assessment, trends research & public consultation, then recommend strategies to provide enhanced customer service.

# I: v' Y6 X. S. C4 O: uRequirements: A post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred. Experience in programming and administration is essential. You have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must be innovative, creative/work well on your own. % Z- D9 S* `, V: a5 A8 H! V
9 X; E- J1 m! n8 \8 Y y# MIn addition: you have a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, collaborative/communication skills, and the ability to work positively-effectively in a team environment. You are computer literate & knowledgeable in the use of MS Office programs and internet applications.
