We're seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic & reliable team player who, working under the direction of the Board of Directors, will oversee community programming & assist with the operation of the community centre., Q5 J! ~4 p* \
5 L+ L% E- n* n. {9 z
Responsibilities: oversee programming; facility requirements, advertising, registration and instructor contracts; assist with rentals: advertising, bookings, contracts, inspections and customer service; assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan related to facility operation; direct staff and volunteers in regards to programs & facility operation.; i5 s8 C6 e# J; H
8 D: k0 L( Z3 E; b4 H4 NPLUS: write reports/recommend policy around facility operation to the board; develop resources & resource material in the area of community programming & facility operation; plan/implement leisure needs assessment, trends research & public consultation, then recommend strategies to provide enhanced customer service. ! x4 H r. a# T1 W( I6 s
, v) m4 H) {4 x4 B) Q. zRequirements: A post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred. Experience in programming and administration is essential. You have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must be innovative, creative/work well on your own. & F! n, [# }* E! P- F# L4 S: ]8 c0 s
9 q* Q' X# l) b; SIn addition: you have a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, collaborative/communication skills, and the ability to work positively-effectively in a team environment.
