how 2 make noodles?

i wanna make some noodles home..
but not sure how much of each ingredients i should put.
could anyone kindly tell me?

i know there are different kinds of noodles,
i like to know any of them which can be made home.
any suggestion would be appreciated.

p.s: i wanna make a noodle though, and process it with noodle maker machine.

just flour and water, that's it.
My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good

做noodle的面要和得硬一些，可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
