BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.

* v/ t0 P- V+ R4 b3 |These small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.

        Natural Birth Control Methods
! t5 o2 d7 O) B$ V+ i, z4 y   Barrier Methods
   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
