Position Overview This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
3 ~( X4 X& D2 _Responsibilities In this position, you will: 7 }$ C' f( |8 Q) l
• Plan and design major road and highway projects; ! V2 z& \1 V0 o: ^0 t- Z% B
• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
! ?$ _% P2 E* D& b6 m/ J• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
9 s: c& ?2 d! L; ]- i• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
" c9 E5 d) T. w• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
