Housing Program Worker

- @! l- T1 l. n) h/ e' c7 cKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
* @/ @% [, |  V To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
! p8 Z7 `: b! I3 X; N To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
! O& O; H- K( J6 Z To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
! r6 L( e+ [' [7 o" g; W To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
3 t1 I# j6 c9 f/ } To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
9 `( p; i+ u0 O9 o0 I Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
1 H. s! w' L2 k& B' M+ `, O- s Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  g4 W$ E6 Z* P Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
