Key Responsibilities:
3 H# ?8 i( Y  E; \  [ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
/ I, a* p4 U0 U/ _+ Y  O  v To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
' j3 f; B) s6 G% a  h$ K- ? To help promote the program in the community.
1 a3 m$ H* {0 |4 l To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 Q9 K3 `0 Y; {# Y7 n To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
# ], Q$ H9 Q8 Q3 B  Q! J' b To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
8 y9 z& D3 C- v0 U 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
) d* Q5 R* `, b Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
