Housing Program Worker
+ N3 V1 |) f+ u/ X
Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
. `, [" b! [* ]; v/ ? To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
+ v, t8 q5 Q  f# {  ^7 A. q' ~( x To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
& v" {: L; R* {$ w$ b To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
4 [) T! l- A" N5 a4 G& p5 S3 n3 \ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
