Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
, n  g4 [4 [7 V5 V4 V To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
# f* C8 S. O' X9 ^, c To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ u4 `# Q; T- n- d Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
% C+ `; I* z' ^1 E3 U. p3 r( T# V Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
