Key Responsibilities:
4 I  h; R; H+ n4 d, M To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
4 u( ~- ]( [$ x8 W% _ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 d0 Y6 p# R5 M" X+ ~ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
7 m5 c+ X" p3 O! K  Y0 p% p0 h To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
; [/ y: X& v: ^/ j7 t& r5 ~ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
7 E) r# n: V" } Current CPR and First Aid certifications
# E0 a# u- n3 ^4 G Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
