There are some controvercial issues about this, the bottom line is: Dose bilingual have any impact to current canadian education system. Personally, I do not think 1+1 is better than 1, because of inter-effectiveness. The most obvious is the this bilingual school will become less Canadian as most of the students will be not Canadian rooted people. That school will be dominated by a minority people, how do you think that if the best canadian teachers will like to work here.. T# Q3 u }3 Q
