Key Responsibilities:0 k) U9 ^4 g' `
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program. ! D1 l6 Q; E7 H4 a) I
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs* M9 w, I3 S/ i; W, Z' p
 To help promote the program in the community.
( A5 w" X! |1 h$ s3 H7 u" Y4 d1 V To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
+ w) J# B) y/ D* d/ { To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
5 |- \; s/ }& D5 O0 i To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
2 p5 l9 q( r- q' _! U! { To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
: e% \ o* y$ q" D To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.) n4 n% ~& Q# C4 `
. C& o `! C2 s+ a& FQualifications: (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply); ~5 I3 ~, r( B' A
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work - u6 [* m9 w$ \) v- z) z
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
6 Y& }) P* U" n8 {' w6 R$ n Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
9 M% U4 J |/ }* ?# F' c Current CPR and First Aid certifications7 S N) F G% D% p* y8 ^% C
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance1 G- H% z% b1 j9 M
