Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
# u% I& I) `8 s% i To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 d' M0 L1 _, Q9 B3 w! o6 ]# ` To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
2 z5 M  L. A4 y+ [+ J1 ~ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
; _" u3 P6 w" T  U7 ~" k& A  N/ H! T+ \ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
1 N5 G3 w, T- |3 C. t$ P0 A Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
