Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
/ D2 |8 p# A' o3 b+ r/ Y2 y To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
. r0 x5 @! W5 a" Z% v8 ?8 G To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

$ Q  K3 g6 _, Q- A/ F" ]) s4 `Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
% J0 M. B" U- Q. I 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
# K% i+ R2 b, V Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
0 Y* ~- ^( t- ]' S- w. Q" R( P Current CPR and First Aid certifications
8 \2 E; h+ w: ^. G  b( Q Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
