Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
+ {9 F5 E( n# G' \8 V( lFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
7 e6 a4 G* q( ?$ i1 a5 h7 }2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
6 `6 c5 w" {  k% W2 r3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
9 U9 M# `. @8 K4 e5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
9 f. n8 }, s% S7 {- [+ v6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
