Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
# y" W1 B  j4 }9 T8 X4 nFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
6 u; H4 B7 t; v2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

% q8 S1 G3 }5 d# u$ l" V( m' {We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
