-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
3 l: O$ v# `) |8 @; z7 I  d-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
' N3 l4 ?' X$ }-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

! w# n& B" h0 s1 V& ~$ \Qualifications:
& U# D+ `  k3 ^! e# }4 u) B1 _5 T, K-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
/ \; J; t4 m" `( k9 V8 R! E        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
" p+ s6 r7 s; O0 N; E-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
( \. z) Q& N. f/ q-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
( u4 N- ^0 w( A- ^+ `-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
  U" Y3 Y7 o3 ]! S-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
% H# F1 w/ n- @0 z; M-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
2 @3 W) _0 C$ B' E; ^! `6 Q& p. |- W        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

4 X* ^1 D5 H2 ~. p# [  P5 \5 D-        $14.00 per hour
