- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program

- Recruit children for summer programs
6 K+ L& ?4 ?3 t0 v3 v2 P; h `: V3 {- Recruit volunteers for summer programs

- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency

Qualifications:+ @. Y4 Q6 `8 I! f2 V
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
# D- Q C& v% \. ]- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
( }9 H* m3 r% P! D/ x- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
& w# ]' l0 @1 [6 O- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities M9 M/ q, i( n- F1 }
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese! ~& E6 T' i2 E+ N- B/ _
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
- I' v% P- O. }7 a- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision) o; E c/ ~! d
- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

8 W) s z- u! ^9 A- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning)
1 m" z' |5 Y6 ?4 T }( ? and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
$ \0 V/ O7 a, S6 o8 N% G0 h- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009 r& \4 D9 [+ y' M$ P* J

- $15 per hour
