' E3 x8 z# m0 N2 XWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.

- @, c# Z5 }( e" i9 ]9 E- Good time management and organizational skills required;
! }" ?! }! w5 V; Y" u& h: o5 S8 J# T- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;

- d! H+ O  c8 R) q0 M- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
. b* k* q3 g4 Q& W- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
0 N3 q6 ]! ]  G( I& R- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
/ F$ l6 I; I, ]% j$ z1 N- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
* \& N$ d: }0 b9 ~$ w' `- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
