The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"0 T2 i8 O' N  Y" r: `
0 P" p* M2 J1 x( K
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

# h) s8 s9 P4 r0 l( z4 k: ^It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

: d! g$ T0 ?$ Q7 m, D2 H7 w" S7 XStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.! V/ t' o3 `9 k" F1 p6 n

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

0 a3 L1 a$ |7 W3 a/ E7 G$ {Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
/ N3 A" U( l4 P- x# _5 ^6 Z, _. v- V
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!! z. J( L  k9 V4 k, I2 Z8 Y
# q# x3 m/ B/ U! P
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.1 v" ]3 [; [( k& X" e
+ N. ]- h( K/ ?
ISSUE FOUR:BMO
) }# i9 Q- D9 e' `$ q1 @2 q! Z" X; m* }
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!6 h8 k  y' B1 I

I really learn so much NEW today.................... ]* M' T' ^$ J$ r; H
& N' e, Q# t( k: Q8 z0 O2 ?
HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
& c' m3 ~, i- W$ s; f9 D所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。/ F, C0 ~; H, o& W1 n$ U
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!); k' O+ [7 C; O
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
* _: Q/ s. d' x2 \3 |* f" e也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
' A# C% N. a3 s, A0 i再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
: a2 G9 j" k6 y4 ^" K8 `6 o後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator& r. B3 P) y8 O. M
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
+ o; Z) z$ I$ {' dDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。7 g- \4 @, d" y- \
+ w4 `$ N; l8 Z( B8 o7 k: j
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!" n* O+ N, b+ {6 ]: u4 x7 \% C
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。& I5 Q# s2 d+ p3 J* O- c9 m
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?

" k# Z: A7 ?2 |: f在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
( y. o# x7 k2 ?" w- H0 O5 S就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
, V& n1 ]; G2 P0 K# v. q5 R5 y這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!: Z0 N! T. d9 q7 v% h7 z; N
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
8 S& L1 s7 L+ h3 J7 H& O9 }. g( r不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!& _1 O+ Q( G1 f0 s% r
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。6 K( f" h: M3 M
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! . E7 u. h( i: ~) M& d# K( J. p

# f- V- O% y1 S但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back./ M4 n3 I" e4 E3 o
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

4 T+ r$ q/ C# d# k6 Z# v1 l不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
